It is never too early to begin to explore careers.
Young children start early on to "decide" what they want to do when they grow up (teacher, fireman, garbage man, bus driver, etc).  At EFCTS we use the Career Connections Framework from the Ohio Department of Education in our Affiliate Schools for all grades.
Below are some activities/events that we are coordinating in the 2017-18 school year.
  • Career Tech Saturdays for Grades 3-5. (Watch this space for more information coming soon!)
  • Test Drive Your Future Summer Camp for Grades 6-8. (See info below.)
  • In the Driver's Seat Summer Camp for Grade 9. (Watch this space for more information coming soon!)
If you have any questions, comments or special requests, contact Christine Boucher at (614) 836-4530 x1518.
Summer Career Exploration Camp
Students currently in 6th-8th grade can "Test Drive Your Future" with the 3-day free summer camp at Eastland Career Center. Dates for 2018 are June 6-8. Registration begins in late February. Watch this page for more information.
See pictures from the 2017 camp here.
