College Tech Prep Program - Eastland Career Center

This exciting program is designed for enthusiastic students who are creative, like to work with technology, and are not afraid to experiment with new ideas!  

Students study video and audio editing, digital photography, animation, advanced Internet usage, multimedia development, and web page design. Emphasis is placed on portfolio development and video projects involving community and actual business projects.

College preparatory coursework and the completion of Algebra I by the start of the program is also recommended.

Most employers are seeking candidates with a two- to four-year degree to work in this field. Get on the fast track with the availability of credits through the following colleges:
