Five-Year Financial Forecast

The five-year forecast serves as a tool to communicate and assess the financial health of a school district. City, local, exempted village, and joint vocational school districts are required to submit five-year forecasts twice annually to the Ohio Department of Education and may elect to submit additional updates at any time.

To access the Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools five-year forecast:
  • Click here OR visit the Ohio Department of Education website and search for "Five Year Forecasts" and click "Current and Historical Five-Year Forecasts"
  • In the "Choose a District" section, type "Eastland-Fairfield" in the search bar and click the box for the school
  • Choose the correct fiscal year
  • Choose the desired submission period
  • Click "Click Here to Generate Forecast"


Audited Financial Statements

Annually the financial statement is prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and is then included in the scope of the annual financial audit, which also includes the single audit required for federal funding.

The EFCTS Board of Education encourages positive interaction among all of our students and staff and has will not tolerate aggressive and/or intimidating behavior.

Quarterly Update: There were no instances of Bullying reported at Eastland Career Center or Fairfield Career Center during the second semester of the 2019-2020 school year. (June 19, 2020)

Requests for Proposals

Available Contract for Engineering Services at Eastland-Fairfield
Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools (EFCTS) hereby gives notice of its intent to issue a contract for professional engineering services. It is EFCTS’s intent to complete a heating and cooling systems replacement project in the Auto Technologies Building and Aq/Diesel Lab at Eastland Career Center 4465 Hamilton Rd. Groveport, Ohio 43125.

The preliminary estimate is $800,000 dollars. Services for which qualifications will be included in the project are limited to
engineering firms. The anticipated project includes renovations to a current facility that may have occupants present during the construction phase.

All qualifications received will be reviewed, evaluated, and ranked to be the most qualified. At the conclusion of the evaluation process EFCTS will then award a contract for professional design services. Statements of qualifications must be received by January 6, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.
