When Tom Kneeland graduated high school in 1970, the Eastland Career Center alumnus planned on a career in auto mechanics. He never dreamed he would be sitting in the driver’s seat of one of Ohio’s “Best Hometowns” and “Best Places to Live,” as mayor of the City of Gahanna.

Growing up with a Belgian mother, Nicole Potts and her family often travelled abroad, where she was exposed to the beauty of the majestic castles and cathedrals of Europe. It became her inspiration to become an architect.
