Program Overview

Pharmacy technicians assist pharmacists in providing patients with medication and other healthcare services. This program introduces students to the basics of pharmacy practice within a variety of settings, including hospitals and retail. Students will learn the foundations of medical terminology and the effects of drugs and chemicals on living organisms before moving on to combine knowledge and skills to become practicing pharmacists.
