Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools is proud to announce that Sharon George, Aspire/IET Instructor, has been recognized as the Aspire Adult Educator of the Year for the Central Ohio Region. 

This award celebrates Sharon’s dedication to empowering adult learners and helping them reach their personal, educational, and career goals. As an instructor, Sharon has consistently gone above and beyond to create a welcoming classroom environment, develop engaging lessons, and provide support to students. 

“Sharon’s passion for adult education is clear in everything she does,” said Aspire Program Manager, Brookie McCallister. “She is committed to helping her students build skills, gain confidence, and prepare for the next step in their lives. This recognition is well deserved and we are incredibly proud to have her on our team.”

The Aspire Adult Educator of the Year award is given annually to instructors who demonstrate exceptional teaching practices, innovation in the classroom, and a strong commitment to student success.
