Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools is proud to celebrate Dental Assisting (FCC) student Moriah Smith, who has earned a full-ride scholarship to Benedict College, where she will major in Biology and join the women’s volleyball team.
Moriah’s accomplishments reflect her dedication both in the classroom and on the court. During her time at Eastland-Fairfield, she discovered a passion for the dental field, an interest that became clear through hands-on learning and real clinical experience.
“EFCTS has helped shape the direction of my future by introducing me to the dental field. Through the program, I discovered my passion while gaining real hands-on experience,” Moriah shared. “Clinicals allowed me to step beyond the classroom and really see what the work looks like day-to-day. Being able to apply what I learned in real-world situations gave me confidence, pushed me to grow, and showed me that this is the path I want to follow.”
Congratulations, Moriah, on your scholarship, your athletic opportunity, and the bright future ahead. Eastland-Fairfield is proud of you!
