It's going to be a Legendary year!
School may not have started yet, but the EFCTS team is already preparing for a successful year! Staff members from across the district, including CTE instructors, paraprofessionals, counselors, food service, IT, and facilities, came together for Day 1 of Lean Six Sigma training.
By learning together across departments, our team is strengthening collaboration, improving processes , and finding new ways to better serve our students. Every member of Team EFCTS plays an important role in creating an exceptional learning experience.
As we get our heads in the game for a new school year, we're committed to working together so every student has the opportunity to succeed.
